Why I Built The 7-Day Single Mom Reset
A few years ago I was mid-divorce and a shell of a human. Each day felt heavy and hard in all the ways. I was attempting to navigate my feelings while also taking care of my baby girl. Struggling through each day got worse, and even though I was in weekly therapy, I felt like those around me couldn't connect with what I was going through. None of them had experienced anything like it.
Most self-help content assumes you have the bandwidth you may not have at the moment. Big programs, 30-day challenges, hour-long routines. And while I love all those things, sometimes you need something smaller, something more concrete, something you can take action on today in the midst of all the chaos around you. Being a single mom, there are times we tend to live in survival mode, and adding one more thing to your plate isn't helpful.
This reset I created is seven small, honest days. It's not a productivity challenge or glow-up plan, just a handful of tangible action steps to get back to yourself. Take one day at a time. Skip if you need. Come back when you're ready. There's no wrong way to do this.
Inside you'll walk through 7 daily action steps: Permission, The Morning Reset, One Small Win, The Art of No, Connection, Twenty Minute Moment, Secure. Seven days, seven small shifts.
If you're in the middle of a hard season, or just want a quick reset back, this is for you! It's free, it's honest, and it's the guide I wish someone had handed me when I truly needed it.
